Outcomes Tracker

For program and career-services staff. Your cohorts are visible only to you.

Every Skill Every Industry poster
Free for colleges, training providers, and workforce teams. Use the full tool right now, no account needed. When you save, we'll ask you to create a free account (or log in) so your data is stored securely in your private workspace, and everything you enter on this page today will be imported automatically.

How this works

  1. Create a cohort for each program and term you track (e.g. “Welding. Fall 2026”).
  2. Add each participant with their completion, employment, employer, wage, and credential outcomes.
  3. The tool calculates completion, employment, and median-wage rates automatically, using program completers as the base, the way WIOA and Workforce Pell report.
  4. Open any cohort for its live outcomes dashboard. Everything is private to your account.

Tip: start with one cohort and a few participants to see the rates populate, then add the rest.

Your cohorts

No cohorts yet. Add one to start tracking a program.

Rates use program completers as the base, matching how WIOA and Workforce Pell report. Median wage is annualized (hourly × 2,080).
